To support its current operations and future growth C&K Systems is seeking to hire a Support and Installation Technician in Myrtle Beach.

Upon completion of C&K Systems proprietary training and becoming Certified as a Qualified Integrator and Reseller (QIR) technician with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCISSC), the successful candidate will be able to provide World Class customer support end service and be able to complete a PCI Certified Installation of NCR Counterpoint POS Software.

Candidates for this position must have:

Knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wireless Technology
Knowledge in Windows OS, email, and Microsoft applications
Knowledge of SQL

Preferred Candidate will have:

Experience in Retail Technology
NCR CounterPoint POS Software experience
Thorough understanding of the idea of No Ticket = No Work Being Done

The successful candidate will bring:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Be detail oriented
Able to work with a variety of users at all levels
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
A strong business acumen and inquisitive mind
Associates or Bachelor Degree in the Technology field
